Last week, we called on Montreal guitarists, drummers, rappers, synth-players and more to take part in the 3rd Annual POP Montreal Rock Lottery. We randomly drew names to form 4 bands. Each band had a week to write and practice 2 new songs. Now we get to see the results!!!
